Introduction / History
The Behlim are Muslims who live mainly in North India. They are Muslim Rajputs. The word Behlim is supposed to mean those who are knowledgeable in Arabic.

In Uttarh Pradesh the Behlim live mostly in Doab. They speak Urdu and are mainly Sunni Muslims with a few Shia Muslims among them.

In Gujarat the Behlim have customs similar to other Muslim Rajputs. They work in agriculture and marry other Gujarati Muslims. There are no caste associations among them like others have and they are connected to other Rajputs. They speak Gujarati and are Sunni Muslims.

The Behlim have traced their origin to the Sufi Masud Ghazi who lived many years ago.

Pray that God will give the Behlim dreams and visions leading them to Jesus Christ.
Pray that reading about Jesus Christ in the Koran will cause them to read about Him in the Bible and give their lives to Him.
