Introduction / History
The Ganjam Reddy live in Andhra Pradesh and originally come from Ganjam in Orissa. They speak, read and write in Telugu. They are not vegetarian and eat rice and millets. Hinduism is their religion.

The Ganjam Reddy prefer cousin marriages. They are monogamous. The divorced and bereaved can marry again. The dead are cremated. On the death of the father, sons inherit the property with the oldest son becoming in charge of the home. Women help in agriculture and with finances.

The Ganjam Reddy work in cultivation and laboring. They have a traditional caste council to settle disagreements. Their education level is poor, so the gospel will need to be given in oral form too. They use modern medicines and family planning.

Pray that the the council leaders come to Jesus Christ and lead others to Him.
Pray that gospel recordings lead them to salvation.
