Introduction / History
The Binjhal are a scheduled caste and they migrated from Madhya Pradesh to Orissa. They speak in a dialect of Oriya. They are not vegetarians and they eat wheat and rice as cereals.

The Binjhal have clans that look after marriages. There are marriage rituals. The dead are buried.

They are mainly landowners and many now work in agriculture and laboring. Hinduism is their religion. They have a low literacy level so the gospel will need to be given in oral form too. They use family planning.

Prayer Points
Pray that gospel recordings will lead the Binjhal to Jesus Christ.
Pray that Indian Christians will lead them to salvation.
