The Tamil Brahmins of India live mostly in Tamil Nadu. They have been in Tamil Nadu since the fourth century. They speak Tamil.
There are three groups of Tamil Brahmins and they are Hindus. The three groups are the Lyengars, the Lyers and the Gurrukal. Each group has its own traditions. Brahmins lives are characterized by spiritual interactions and practice.
The Tamil Brahmins are mentioned both positively and negatively in literature and in films. They also live in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala in lesser numbers.
The Tamil Brahmin like curd rice. Though they are strong socially they are not so in the political field.
* Pray that pride with being Brahmin will not get in the way of them coming to Jesus Christ.
* Pray that God will give the Tamil Brahmin dreams and visions leading them to salvation too.
