Introduction / History
The Rathor of India are a Rajput people living in the region of Marwar in the west of Rajasthan. They are also in Bihar, Gujarat and the Punjab. They speak Hindi but also speak Gujarati and Punjabi in those respective States.
Rathor are known to worship the sun. They have many clans. They ruled many kingdoms before Indian independence.
In the Punjab, the Rathor are in the Ropar region and are in almost thirty villages. In Madhya Pradesh they live in Rewa and other regions. In Uttar Pradesh they live in Dahia and other regions. Some live in Bikaner and Jodhpur.
The Rathor are noted for their bravery and are well liked. They are a generous group of people.

Pray that God will give the Rathor Rajputs dreams and visions leading them to Jesus Christ and they in turn will help lead others to Salvation.
Pray that gospel materials will lead them to come to Jesus Christ.
